I really do find the coverage of the Shirley Chaplin story incredibly depressing, especially this new angle of 'oh, look how Muslims are getting away with stuff Christians can't'. It's bollocks. Chaplin had the option of wearing the cross in other ways (earrings, for example) but she refused. Faux victim is absolutely right.
