The media no longer ask those who know something to share that knowledge with the public. Instead they ask those who know nothing to represent the ignorance of the public and, in so doing, to legitimate it.

Crayfish issue not as bad as Canada. PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 12 May 2010 07:44
The whole outcry about the issue of the crayfish is quite pathetic really. It isn't that big a punishment really for illegally killing a creature that is part of an endangered species. If you go to Canada and shoot a Polar Bear illegally, you will be put in prison and rightly so. So then why is it so bad to be fined £4000 for killing a member of an endangered species here?
