The world is for thousands a freak show; the images flicker past and vanish; the impressions remain flat and unconnected in the soul. Thus they are easily led by the opinions of others, are content to let their impressions be shuffled and rearranged and evaluated differently.

Out of interest, does anyone know if it's possible to lodge a complaint that a judge is too biased to perform their job effectively? Are they even supposed to be impartial in the first place? Because I don't see how someone with opinions as strong as this can deliver justice in all cases. And I think juries are questioned before trials to see whether they have strong opinions that would prejudice their decision on the trial, so does the same go for judges?
